Responsible for recruitment and selection process of candidates to fill in officer and rank-and-file vacancies. The function includes the following:
- Coordinating with the line managers regarding their manpower requirements
- Conducting in-depth interviews of officer and rank-and-file candidates
- Negotiating and preparing hiring documents
- Preparing manpower reports
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Must have at least 5 years experience in recruitment preferably in banking or any financial institution
- With excellent organization and time management skills
- With ability to interact and communicate well with people
