Marketing Officer  

Responsible for managing the company's brand. Develops plans that support lines of service and brand objectives and creates campaigns that increase the awareness of stature of a company.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure brand consistency.
• Develop and enrich customer service experience.
• Drive profitable sales, brand growth and loyalty for a number of business areas.
• Analyze and support marketing plans to align with brand strategy and achieve annual operating plan goals.
• Develop and execute marketing plans.
• Monitors the product development process & leads the specific product innovation team to ensure the timely product development and launches.
• Close coordination with the Research & Development / Operations group to ensure superior product quality and the continuous stream of improvements.
• Develop and implement media planning, buying, and innovation strategies.
• Create and enhance agency and partner relationships.
• Leverage customer insight data to refine brand management.
• Identify brand-building areas.
• Ensure brand communication for areas of responsibility are consistent with the company and brand positioning.
• Coordinate and manage content management and information sharing among departments, divisions and external customers.
• Provide design and direction for collateral, web, product packaging, and other visual communications media for the company.
• Help promote uniformity and consistency of brand.

• Must possess a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Marketing or any related course.
• At least 2 years work experience in the related field is required for the position.
• Preferable 2-4 years experienced employees in food & beverage industry or equivalent.
• Must possess a combination of creative & analytical skills.
• Adept at analyzing and understanding customer needs, purchasing behavior, and market forces.
• Works to analyze and explain complex customer, product and market relationships, and attributes in a clear and meaningful manner.
• Works well with customers and colleagues, promotes a positive image of the company.
• Able to make recommendations and take thoughtful approach when considering options, seeks input from others.
