Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Be responsible for preparation and cooking of food items
- Manage the inventory on a daily, weekly and monthly basis and send all required reports to the management on time
- Ensure that the kitchen is well-organized and clean
- Ensure that the cooking equipment, supplies, and stock inventory are well-maintained and in good condition
- Monitor that the food quality is excellent and within company standards
- Proactively seek improvements to the menu, processes, and customer service
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel/Restaurant/Institution Management, Culinary Arts, or related field
- Good leadership skills
- Team player
- Works well under pressure
- Able to multitask
- Clean and organized
