Digital Marketing Assistant  

The Digital Marketing Associate's role is to create and execute digital marketing programs that will ultimately drive revenue for the company's brands.

Responsibilities:

1. Create and execute successul digital campaigns, advertisements, content and other programs for the company's brands.
2. Manage social media pages of the company's brands.
3. Improve and manage the company's overall digital presence.
4. Manage campaign budgets and profitability.
5. Manage site analytics, metrics and reports.
6. Develop and manage SEO and SEM programs.
7. Manage ROI and KPIs.
8. Conducting market research for product development and competitor insights.
9. Coordinating with sales, logistics and merchandising team to manage brands under his/her portfolio.
10. Stay current on relevant trends.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related field.
• 2+ years of relevant work experience in content marketing, digital marketing, research and brand marketing.
• Excellent copywriting skills and ability to produce content and ad campaigns that are concise and compelling.
• Has experience writing creative and innovative content.
• Self motivated, Strong analytical and planning skills.
• Creative, detail oriented, and a master of communication.
• Graphic design knowledge is a plus.
• Has a deep desire to continously learn and improve.
• Ethical and has a strong moral compass.
