Software Test Engineer - Automation Testing  

• Candidate should be knowledgeable in the software testing methods, levels, types, and processes.
• He or she would be responsible for the development and execution of software test designs, test plans, test scenarios, test cases and procedures.
• Candidate with test automation skills are preferred but not required, but at the very least should possess the capability to acquire these skills.
• Candidate will be a part of a group responsible for quality control and assurance.
• He or she will be initially deployed to a particular project but can be assigned to multiple projects as the need arise.
• He or she will be interfacing with the Project Team providing reports to both the project lead and the software engineering group.
• Software Quality Engineers are expected to be the gatekeepers of the project release ensuring and assuring quality.

Main Requirements:

• Software testing - Knows how to do software test automation or at least possess capability to acquire this skill.

Optional:

• ISTQB Certification
• Experience in manual testing for Mobile Devices, Printer, Web
• Knowledgeable in scripting languages
• Software Test Automation
• Agile

Communication Skills:

• Skilled in interpersonal communication, with an arsenal of listening, negotiation, problem-solving and team-building skills at the ready.
