Data Center Manager - Makati  

Responsibilities:

• Manages Enterprise Asset Management, Data Center Management, Infrastructure Management, Server Management, Storage Infrastructure, DR Sites/Alternate Sites (Physical).
• Prepare and execute plans for the development and installation of data center according to present and future requirements.
• Monitor all software and hardware products and ensure compliance to Data Center standards and systems.
• Oversee installation and maintenance of the organization data center.
• Monitor all activities related to analysis and implement all data center plans.
• Supervise designing and evaluation of all server systems according to measurement of process.
• Manage and perform research to design new advanced data center.
• Ensure adherence to all established guidelines and management practices for employees.
• Coordinate with various departments and perform integration of critical systems into infrastructure.
• Coordinate with other teams and develop strategies to ensure proper capacity plans.
• Ensure client satisfaction and provide optimal level of customer services for various departments.

• Bachelor’s degree in Internet Technology, Management, Computer Science or related field.
• Previous experience monitoring critical infrastructure
• Understanding of electrical and mechanical systems
• Minimum 5 years Data Center Operations experience
• Minimum of 5 years data center experience and 3 years supervisory experience preferred
• LEED certification not required but a plus
• Responsibility and dependability are a must
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to train individuals on an as needed basis.
• People management skills.
• Ability to mentor individuals to ensure employees have the ability to move up in the organization
