Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Records day to day payable entries in the system.
- Maintain records of the accounts payable.
- Provide accounts payable reports (outstanding/aging etc) to the management.
- Prepare vouchers for accounts payable.
- Reconciles accounts by verifying entries and comparing system reports balances.
- Charges expenses to accounts by analyzing invoice/expenses reports.
- Reconciles and verify vendors invoice over purchase orders.
- Protects company value by keeping any information confidential.
- Monitor prepaid expenses account
- Prepare BIR Reports for monthly, quarterly and annual withholding tax source and VAT remittance.
- Perform inventory related accounting tasks.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- With a bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance
- At least 6 months to 1 year experience as an Accounting clerk or relevant.
- Is amenable to work in Malate, Manila.
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
