- Develop and direct implementation of security standards and best practices for the organization.
- Design, implement, and maintain the organization’s cyber-security plan.
- Direct the installation and use of security tools to protect sensitive information.
- Maintain a working knowledge of cybersecurity principles and elements
- Research the latest information technology security trends.
- Recommend security enhancements to senior management.
- Monitor their organization’s networks for security breaches and investigate violations when they occur.
- Maintains expertise with a high level of analytical ability to solve problems that are typically unusual and difficult - gather and interpret complex qualitative or quantitative data.
- Monitor all operations and infrastructure.
- Maintain all security tools and technology.
- Monitor internal and external policy compliance.
- Monitor regulation compliance.
- Audit policies and controls continuously.
- Ensure cybersecurity stays on the organizational radar.
- Map out the security incident response program.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- At least 8 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. (Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent)
- Must have direct experience of 3 years in handling teams.
- Must have direct experience in handling cybersecurity monitoring, incident response operations, and writing policies and procedures for cybersecurity operations.
- Experience in forensics and international certifications are a plus.
- Expert in demonstrating proficiency in a wide range of information IT security technologies, embedded security, and platforms.

- Must have direct multi-shift experience.
