Admin Engineering Head  

• Manages to lead the work of the team.
• Provides task schedule to each associates regular checking with the daily work results of each associate.
• Establish the process and procedure for all Engineering works.
• Implements Engineering procedures.
• Sets KPI for each objective obtained Dealing with correspondence, complaints and queries.
• Establish timeline for each project and update progress status.
• Prepares plans for Engineering activities and projects.
• Coordinate the review, presentation and release of design layouts, drawings, analysis and other documentation
• Coordinates meetings to discuss project impediments, needed resources or issues/delays in completing the task
• Establish meeting times, places and agendas Establish project costing which include all asset cost, services and installation.
• Responsible for preparation high project cost acquisition and purchase.
• Direct communication with the supplier, contractor and service providers related to new projects
• Do lay outing of the new project proposals and providing master list of the total requirements.
• Preparing the requirements analysis for new projects.
• Coordination with other departments for any inquiry and supports needed.
• Prepares Purchase Order for project related cost.
• Perform approval of working permits, service inspection and Gate Pass.
• Review and check RS for any parts need to be purchased.
• Assure that the team members have the necessary education and training to effectively participate on the team
• Attending meetings with senior management
• Strictly follows Human Resource (HR) and Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) policies and procedures.
• Performs other duties as may be assigned form time to time.

• Bachelor’s degree in the field of Engineering or any related courses.

Skills:

• Computer Literate
• Good communication skills in English and Filipino
• Ability to work unsupervised and within a team to achieve objectives within appropriates timescales.
• Flexibility in working hours in line with the project/work deadlines
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple and concurrent tasks
• Excellent problem-solving skills;
• License: Preferably Mechanical Engineer, and / or with Certification in Occupational Safety,
• Experience in Solid Warehousing, Logistics, or Manufacturing
