Brand Manager  

• Develop and implement brand strategies as aligned with the Company’s objectives;
• Responsible for the seamless execution of the entire new product development and launch cycle:
  • Conceptualization
    • Formulate and develop strategic product concepts that will support the company’s over-all vision and objectives
    • Conduct market research activities and/or fieldworks to support and validate proposed product concepts
  • Development
    • Gather and analyze data from market research and/or fieldwork and turn into useful information to support the launch
    • Lead the collaboration between different departments, partners, suppliers and agencies
    • Propose an efficient marketing plan and secure top management approval
  • Launch
    • Launch new product development projects as planned
    • Implement approved marketing activities and campaigns (e.g. ATL, BTL, digital) as aligned to the brand objectives and based on approved timelines, budget and details
• Monitor product performance and propose ways to achieve targets
• Monitor and evaluate competition to assess possible counter measures to protect brand performance
• Effectively manage brand A&P budget
• Work closely with Sales and Trade Marketing in the planning and execution of trade-related projects and activities
• Spearheads other assigned marketing projects (if applicable)
• Observes and adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or any business-related course;
• At least 3 years of working experience in marketing is required;
• FMCG work experience is an advantage;
• Exposure in ATL/Digital and BTL initiatives is required
