Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- The Technical Associate is primarily responsible for handling after sales support, onsite and offsite customer service requirements, and timely resolution of technical issues.
- Performs job functions consistent with the corporate vision and mission statement and core values of the company.
- Installs, configures, and disengages assigned applications as advised by the company.
- Conducts interviews, surveys, and other data gathering and validation procedures on existing business processes of clients in order to surface their requirements for the company’s product and service lines.
- Develops recommendations based on existing best practices on the application of required business processes for client organizations.
- Ensure client communication by undertaking the following activities:
- Providing technical support status updates to clients
- Attending to technical inquiries and complaints received from client organizations.
- Ensuring proper escalation of client’s severe issues and complaints to immediate superior
- Completing all project-related documentations such as project summaries, system documentation, financial performance reporting, etc.
- Ensures completion of training and passing of examinations to earn certifications required for the practice and performance of one’s functions.
- Ensures on time completion of technical support inquiries.
- Customizes forms and reports as required by the client by the use of built-in or third party report designing software.
- Performs onsite and offsite technical deployments as indicated in the project contract.
- Prepares weekly planner on activities to be undertaken and prepares reports on actual results, outputs and accomplishments based on plans at the end of the week; consolidates accomplishment reports into monthly performance reports.
- Participates in various corporate programs and activities with particular emphasis on coordinative meetings; attends training programs and learning sessions for the enhancement of professional, technical, and personal proficiencies.
- Performs such other duties and responsibilities analogous, germane or related to and/or implied from the above enumeration of duties and responsibilities.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Completion of a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or any IT- Business related course
- Preferably with Business Process Engineering (analysis, creation, improvement), project writing (e.g. Crystal reports), project documentation, and customer (internal and external) support experience.
- Preferences will be given to applicants with any experience in business solutions (accounting, warehouse management, point-of-sale, etc)
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
