Data Center and Infrastructure Team Lead  

• Management of Data Center of the company
• Oversee asset and equipment maintenance and inventory of the data center; such as managing and installing upgrades, troubleshooting and installation of harwares, servers, cabling, components, accessories etc.
• Respond to troubleshooting and maintenance requests regarding facilities, infrastructure of data center
• Monitor all software and harware products and ensure compliance to organization's standards
• Ensure all servers, harwares, and computers in the data center are running smoothly and efficiently and are up-to-date
• Oversee data center infrastructure provisioning and server/network equipment deployments
• Responsible for managing space, power, cabling and rack locations for all hardware installation.
• Maintains an updated, accurate asset list of all hardware equipment and tagging/labelling.
• Troubleshoots and remedies hardware issues, document findings and provide detailed root cause analysis reports.

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Data Center role and 2 years in a supervisory rolse
• Familiar with VPN, VLAN, CISCO and Windows server
• Familiar with cabling standards, ITIL and other hardware standards
• Must be familiar with servers, network appliances, harware, software and computer applications
• Must be familiar with establishing processes and procedures
• Must be proficient in MS Office (word, excel, powerpoint, etc)
• Must have strong leadership and excellent communication skills
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Must be technically inclined
• Must have excellent written and oral communication skills in English
• Strong organizational skills and prioritization abilities.
• Must be willing to take on spectrum of responsibilities
• Liscensed engineer is a plus
