Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Analyze Spend and Financial Data:
- Generate Data from ERPs / BI systems
- Data Analysis of Global Finance Data
- Create reports to provide different views of Spend segmented by BU / Category / Region / Sub-Category
- Deep Dive Analysis of various data subsets and metrics including Compliance and Controls reporting
- Maintenance of Data in our BI Tools: including cadenced refreshes.
- Support BI system enhancements as a stakeholder SME
- Assist in maintaining Classification and Categorization of Procurement Analytics data
- Coordinate documentation of feedback from individuals referenced in compliance and controls reporting.
- Support Global Sourcing teams in identification of projects / opportunities for savings
- Help to drive Six Sigma / Lean projects for Continuous Improvements in Spend Reporting
- Actively participate in regularly scheduled calls and virtual meetings to review status of various reporting efforts and clarify questions and requirements.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- BA or BS degree in Data / Economics
- Experience of 2-4 years, with at least 2 years of experience in Spend Analytics & Reporting in Procurement using BI tools
- Strong Verbal/Written Communication Skills in English; Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Advanced Knowledge of MS Office Applications: MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint and basic knowledge of MS Access.
- Background in SQL
- Good Exposure to Procurement and BI Analysis tools including Ariba, Qlikview, Tableau, etc.
- Reporting Skills
- Experience in Finance, Sourcing and Procurement Reporting
- Amenable to work night shift or US hours
