Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Manage sales of the company's network membership and conferences.
- Ensure consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning and identify objectives, strategies, and action plan to improve short and long-term sales and earnings.
- Performs sales activities to various forwarders for membership, conferences and negotiate price and discounts in consultation with the management.
- Manage network membership and conference pipelines and submit reports to the management on a weekly basis.
- Review progress of sales roles within the department.
- Accurately forecasts annual, quarterly, and monthly revenue streams.
- Provides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends and submit to RW Directors.
- Protect organization's value by keeping information confidential.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, participating in professional organizations such as seminars and training particularly in Sales and Marketing.
- Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Marketing, Airline Operation/Airport Management, Logistic/Transportation, Mass Communications or equivalent.
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Working experience in BPO industry that involves sales, telesales/telemarketing is preferred.
- Have excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
- Proactive, team player and result-oriented
