Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Responsible for the administrative work of Information Tech. Division. And supporting the administrative work of the CIO, IT Managers and Officers.
- Works & coordinates with team officers in preparation of standard documentation such as, but not limited to: Operations Manuals, Users Manuals, Documentation Standards, Programming Standards & System & Procedure Manuals.
- Responsible for safekeeping of manulas & documents, and make sure that these documents are available for use or for reference anytime.
- Ensures that the systems documentation is always updated if there is any modification or update made in the existing system procedure.
- Prepares the Purchase Requisition and/or Purchase Order of computer related equipments if necessary.
- Monitors the status of PRs and/or POs of computers or related equipment. Coordinates with supplier in the following up of the deliveries of orders or PO of computer related equipments.
- Documentation, monitoring, management and safekeeping of software licenses
- Documents the pull out of computers from all SSI Group & RMK
- Performs administrative assistance to the Managers & Officers of the IT Division
- Keeps abreast with the new IT projects being worked on by the ITD Manager, in ordeer to provide administrative support. Schedules meetings, maintains documents and files pertaining to the project, and coordinates with the users if necessary
- Assists the end users with problems and inquiries regarding office productivity tools such as word processing, spreadsheets and presentations
- Ensures skills enhancement by attending internal and external training sessions, product demo, slef study, and meetings,a s may be necessary for job performance
- Performs other tasks, which may be deemed necessary.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or any computer-related course.
- Must have working knowledge of office productivity software such as MS Office or Google Suite
- Must possess good telephone technique, patient & be able to work in stressful situations
- Willing to do field work.
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
