Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Responsible for generating and increasing the sales for the company
- Monitoring the sales performance of each of the Sales Consultants under his/her supervision,
- Promoting the brand and maintaining effective customer service
- Ensuring and maintaining proper stock inventory
- Preparing all the required sales reports of the brand.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Advertising/Media, or any business-related course.
- With at least 2 years of work experience in handling sales and inventory management and monitoring, supervising and training of salespeople in the department store, sales and manpower planning and handling events.
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be assertive, confident and a team player.
- Must be computer literate.
- Willing to do fieldwork.
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
