Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Manage Digital Assets, Marketing and Content: responsible for coordinating the collection, writing, editing, development, implementation, tracking and reporting of all new content as well as periodic, ongoing content updates utilizing the administration interfaces of the various digital media assets. Must be able to think ahead and plot content calendars for different brands with social media channels.
- Digital Campaign Planning & Implementation: Propose effective digital campaigns for the brands under RMK. Should be knowledgable in beauty, fashion and cooking to name a few
- Content Tracking and Reporting: Continually monitor various digital content analytics tracking/reporting programs associated with all digital communication channels. Provide regular reporting of activity and trends related to traffic sources, paths, bounce rates, conversions, keywords/phrases searched, etc - comparing against goals and identifying areas of opportunity.
- Graphic design: Might need to help in creating digital artwork from time to time.
- Content Curation, Dissemination, & Partnerships: work to identify, coordinate with external agencies and internal departments including but not limited to Merchandising, Brand, Marcomm EXAD and HR as well as track relevant content inclusion opportunities with current/potential online partners to further increase awareness of the RGOC’s digital media assets.
- Liaise with Marketing and Merchandising divisions to complement their offline efforts with digital executions.
- Support the Digital Marketing Manager in establishing and affirming the goals and milestones of the Digital Marketing Team
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Experience in one or more of the following roles (essential): Online content, Digital Marketing, Website development (including mobile), Social Media Marketing & Web Design.
- Leadership and project management skills
- Ability to align work to business strategies
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent relationship building and influencing skills
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills
- Ability to meet tight deadlines
- Can work with minimal supervision
- Fast learner and can keep up with a fast-paced environment
- Preferrably with experience in handling digital media projects starting from websites to progressing towards online commerce, social networking, or online community building
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
