Collection Team Leader  

Responsibilities:

• People development and alignment of goals to meet client objectives
• Meeting attrition targets and for uplifting morale and motivation of direct reports
• Managing the performance of a group of collection specialist and customer service representatives providing coaching and feedback, documenting results, counseling and mentoring, and delegation of work whenever necessary
• Intraday and daily performance monitoring a group of customer service representatives/collection specialists
• Completing client training and maintaining sufficient knowledge on all related continuous education
• Supporting workforce required staffing levels to meet client service level requirements
• Taking escalation of calls or requirements for supervisory assistance or support in resolving and user issues. Serves as a subject matter expert on client specific program
• Managing team meetings and participating in operations leadership meetings
• Communicating to collection specialist/customer service representatives any new requirements, changes, updates on all support related information as well as company information
• Use and training of collection specialist/customer service tools related to performance monitoring and tracking
• Assisting in resolving conflict, issues, and concerns

• Preferably High School, Vocational or College/Bachelor Graduate
• Excellent in verbal communication abilities
• Have at least 2 to 3 yrs Experience as Collection Team Leader/ Supervisor
• Has strong attention to detail and goal-oriented.
• Commitment to excellent work performance.
