Travel Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Assisting our users with all their travel concerns. This includes:
  • Making travel arrangements
  • Planning and arranging tour packages and itineraries
  • Following up with our users on their travel plans or trips and making adjustments when needed
  • Resolving scheduling conflicts and other issues related to the user's trip as they come up
  • Answering inquiries, assisting and giving recommendations on the overall trip and any documentation required for the user's trip
  • Monitors and records booking transactions and submits a daily sales report to the Team Leader
• Reports directly to the Team Leader and collaborates with other cool peers

Requirements:

• Willing to work in our office in Chino Roces Avenue, Makati
• Willing to work shifts (morning, mid, and evening)

• Has a background in or is familiar with Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo GDS

• Has more than a year of experience working in a travel agency, in an airline, in a hotel, in a tour operator agency, or in a cruise line
