Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Responsibilities:

  • Supports Operations Manager & Asst. Operations Manager
  • Assists in hiring process and new employee training
  • Create or assist in creating procedures, protocols, metrics, and KPIs to help improve the operations
  • Communicate team goals and identify areas for new training and skills check
  • Coordinates with Training Lead on evaluating the performance of the team, developing training program, addressing the skills deficiency of the team
  • Conduct team meetings to discuss team performance, updates, objectives, and deadlines
  • Manages team’s attendance and break times
  • Ensures that each TA reaches his/her sales quota and is performing on a par with the company’s set standards
  • Coaches and develops Travel Assistants
  • Answers team member questions, helps with team member problems and conflict resolution
  • Provides quality customer service and handle customer complaints effectively
  • Record booking transactions and submits a daily sales report to the Operations Manager
  • Manages inventories and stock and advise OM or Asst. OM on ordering supplies when necessary

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years experience working in the travel industry. Working in a travel agency is a plus.
  • Has been a Team Lead for a minimum of 2-3 years
  • Has an experience in coaching and mentoring team members
  • Has a solid background in Amadeus and other GDS
  • Can work flexible hours (shifting schedule)
  • Strong knowledge in the travel industry
  • Knowledge in fares and ticketing procedures
  • Knowledge in flight, hotel, car, etc. booking
  • Excellent English written and oral skills
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Experience in working with a start-up company is a plus
  • Willing to work in our office in Chino Roces Avenue, Makati
