Deskripsi Pekerjaan
We are looking for a passionate and driven project manager to help us develop and ship impactful products. Your key responsibility is to work closely with management and engineering teams to align goals, set milestones, and deliver features and functionality to drive the business forward.
Other responsibilities include:
- Ensure that the engineering team's efforts are aligned with business objectives
- Herd the engineering team into a successful sprint completion
- Manage sprint schedules, assign tasks, and ensure delivery of new features
- Manage expectations by properly scheduling internal tests and releases
- Manage end-to-end and beta tests of products to ensure a bug-free product release
Kualifikasi Minimum
- At least 3 years managing mobile and web development projects
- Successfully launched multiple products
- Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Must have a strong understanding of software development lifecycles
- Understanding of Scrum and Agile Software Development is a plus
- Experience working in a startup and knowledge of the startup landscape is a plus
