Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Responsible for the completeness and correctness of all warehouse transactions, as well as the upkeep and maintenance of the RLI warehouse environment. This position is also responsible for the safe, efficient, accurate, and timely delivery and pick-up of RLI raw materials, SOS items, and GOP items in the most productive manner possible.
- Planning routes and meeting delivery schedule.
- Coordinates with superior regarding everyday schedule.
- Observes traffic/delivery rules.
- Maneuver truck into loading or unloading positions following signals from loading crew and driver helper.
- Performs other functions that may be assigned by superior from time to time.
- Performs tasks indicated on the Vehicle Maintenance Checklist before and after the workday.
- Meet the client delivery requirements
- Report immediately all problem encountered in delivery and vehicles
- Comply with truck driving rules & regulation as well as with company policies and procedures
- Accomplished all needed forms in shipment in a timely manner
- Ensure safety of truck at all times
- Ensures cleanliness and maintains tidiness within Warehouse and Office premises.
- Performs loading and unloading of all outgoing and incoming items.
- Serves as guide while maneuvering the truck into unloading positions and parking in the company compound
- Assists in client delivery services when required.
- Abides by guidelines and procedures within the Warehouse and Office.
- Ensures quality handling of inventory.
- Assists in other areas & departments when necessary.
- Performs other functions that may be assigned by supervisors and managers from time to time.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- High school graduate or At least college level
- Professional Driver's License (Restrictions 1, 2, 3 and 8 )
- Multiple skills an advantage
- Punctual, neat and tidy personality
- Hardworking, diligent and mentally-honest
- Knowledgeable in Metro Manila area (South and North)
- Proven work experienced as a truck driver.
- Ability to do basic troubleshooting of vehicles
- Can understand the English language
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): Driving, Trailer Truck, Heavy Equipment
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
