Deskripsi Pekerjaan
The job of a Company Nurse is primarily to ensure the health and safety of its employees and the Company. The person assigned to this position must possess a basic understanding of First Aid, Government mandated benefits on health and safety, and office operations with an emphasis on health and safety.
- Administer first aid treatments and provide medications for employees as needed
- Maintain all employees medical and other similar records
- Schedule and assist annual medical examination of all employees
- Conduct an inventory of medicines and other supplies twice a month
- Handles SSS, Philhealth, Pag-ibig, and HMO transactions for employees
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of BS Nursing or equivalent, license preferred but not required
- 2 to 3 years of experience as a Hospital/Clinic Nurse or Company Nurse
- Must have a valid passport and must be willing to travel (domestic and international)
- Must have advanced knowledge of nursing techniques, anatomy, occupational medicine, industrial hygiene, and occupational safety
- Must have good bedside manner and critical medical thinking
- Must have certifications and/or experience in First Aid and Occupational Health
- Experience in formulating policies and guidelines
- With a pleasant yet aggressive personality, interpersonal skills used to work with minimum supervision and can compose business correspondence
- At least average written and oral communication skills in English and Filipino
- Computer literate in Windows environment and other commonly used office software
