Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Provides efficient and professional administrative support to Admin and Operations Department
- Manage front office operations
- Acts as Receptionist and Security Officer
- Maintain weekly schedule for employees
- Acts as Time Keeping custodian
- Monitor the company/site CCTV
- Maintains office supply inventories
- Initiate purchase requisition
- Ensures preventive maintenance for operation's equipment
- Distribute correspondence and memos
- Plan and organize meetings and events
- Liaise with local authorities
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess at least Human Resource Management graduate or any related field.
- At least six (6) months working experience
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Highly organized and has good attention to details
