Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Responsible for overall supply chain operations including procurement, warehousing and production
- Plan raw material procurement and production schedule including product development and quality assurance
- In charge of equipment management and maintenance
- Ensures safe handling and storage of raw materials and finished products from the time that it is produced or received until it is delivered.
- Support sales and service operations by providing technical product and usage information
- Supports HR and Admin Department on employee and warehouse security
- Lead, coach and develop a productive and well-disciplined workforce
- Have a general awareness of Health and Safety in relation to all tasks and activities undertaken in the project/s
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Must be a Licensed Chemical Engineer or Licensed Mechanical Engineer
- Expert on Procurement, Warehousing, and Production with at least 3 years’ experience in Supply Chain Management
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Highly organized and has good attention to detail
- Currently an Assistant Manager level
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
