Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Coordinates with the General Manager for the on time delivery schedule.
- Controls cost incurred in the delivery of goods.
- Plotting of schedules for the Ingress and Egress operations.
- Handles complaints filed by the customers related to Logistics.
- Reports to the GM any complaints and claims filed by the customers with the corresponding actions taken.
- Coordinate with the HR Department for any disciplinary actions.
- Monitors shipments, ocular inspections which are critical to both the customer and company.
- Suggest to management any ideas, improvement of system and procedures which deem beneficial to the company.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- A bachelor’s degree preferably in the areas of Management or Customs Administration
- Must have at least 5 years’ experience in the Advertising Company, 2 years of which are in a Supervisory Capacity.
- Must know the standard operating procedures in Sea freight and Air freight, able to decide objectively on problems encountered in the operations.
- Computer literate for the preparation of weekly/monthly report.
- Willing and Able to work in Ortigas Avenue Extension TAYTAY, RIZAL
