Customer Service Representative (CSR)  

You are at the forefront of building the image of various retailers not only known for amazing products, but also for its awesome customer service. You will deliver only the best customer service for our retail cliente nationally across multiple support platforms: email, live chat and phone

You are that charming, natural problem-solver the customers and clients will love. You understand them and will do your best to reach the resolution needed. You will customers to keep coming back, and retailers to breathe a heavy sigh of relief knowing that they are in good hands. You will also be the reason that customers and clients will rave about the company and will advocate for us.

• Bachelor degree from a good institution, any field
• Work experience in a high intensity, fast paced environment
• Excellent in both written and spoken English
• Exceptional comprehension and writing skills
• High proficiency using computers (typing, quickly navigating between various tools) and softwares
• Excellent problem-solving skills, able to connect effectively what users are asking for with answers to their true issues
• Passion for creating support experiences that exceed users’ expectations
• Willingness to work in a team environment, contributing to a synergistic work environment where people learn from one another and continuously improve processes on behalf of users
• An eCommerce evangelist — you care deeply about the product and getting others excited about it.
• Willingness to work on different shifts, totaling 40 hours per week, including weekend shifts (no night shifts needed).
