Key Result Areas

• Comprehensive, accurate, and on-time accomplishment of relevant reports such as Market Commentary and Market Update to Suppliers.
• Analysis of sales and trade data that can be readily used for reports and as reference.
• Collection of relevant supply and demand data that will be primary basis of day-to-day interaction with buyers and sellers.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Create meaningful and significant regular reports that will be shared to external counterparts.
• Thoroughly understand market data, including prices and its movements, open positions, sales, and execution process.
• Be on top of all updated supply and demand data that will be used by Associates and Senior Traders.
• Maintain an efficient monitoring system and database to house these information.
• Implement a proper system of coordination with Execution pertaining to monitoring of trades, shipments, and payments.
• Ensure effective communication with both internal and external counterparts.
• Ensure ready-now trader reliever in the event of additional manpower requirement.

Working Relationships

• Ensure close daily coordination with the Associates.
• Ensure regular coordination with external counterparts.
• Ensure smooth and harmonious relationships with the execution and trading staff.

• Preferably a Bachelor's degree in any of the following:
  • Agricultural Economics
  • Animal Nutrition
  • Economics
  • Business
  • Commerce
• Knowledgeable in MS Office Applications.
• Keen to details.
• Willing to work in Alabang (transportation allowance may be provided).
