Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Conceptualizes and proposes departmental improvements of stores
- Checks and improves the display of merchandise by creating proposals on how to enhance them
- Coordinates with suppliers to ensure that agreed specifications are met for displays, decorations and showcases
- Promoting products to significantly increase sales
- Analysing sales information
- Ensuring each area of the store does stock rotation, is clean and looking at its best
- Monitoring stock levels and reviewing product performance
- Putting together merchandising plans for specific stores
- Managing stock availability throughout the supply chain, from suppliers to store
- Completing all paperwork and administration tasks as required
- Performs other actions as may be assigned by the immediate superior
Team Structure: The Visual Merchandiser will work under the Brand or Marketing Manager and will work closely with the Multimedia Specialist/Graphic Artists, E-commerce Specialist, Sales Admin and Branch OICs.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's / College Degree in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Advertising/Media, Marketing or equivalent
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Lightroom
- Knowledge in Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Sketch-up and Photography is an advantage
- With good knowledge and understanding of the operations and business trends for fashion/jewelry retail
- Willing to work in Makati
- Willing to do field work to stores across Metro Manila
