Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Joins strategic planning sessions at the head office and reports to management regarding her assigned branch;
- Attends the monthly sales meetings at the head office;
- May be assigned to lead more than 1 branch;
- Makes sure customer service is excellent;
- Responsible for training sales receptionists in the branch;
- Must have excellent product knowledge and education;
- Responsible for leading sales team into reaching their sales quotas;
- Ensures that the branch meets or surpasses the sales quotas;
- Assists and answers questions of customers and makes sure sales team answers properly;
- Makes sure the branch is organized, clean and secure;
- Protects the inventory and the store's interior and exterior;
- Does cashier work and credit cards transactions; computes for discounts;
- Files all branch documents properly;
- Sends daily/weekly/monthly reports and files to the head office; makes sure there are no mistakes by double checking
- Handles the store's petty cash fund and report;
- Makes sure sales deposits are done completely and on time;
- Must report all code of conduct/rules and regulations violations of her/his team to the HR so that memos can be issued;
- Assists customers in the store;
- Does in-store jewelry engraving and cleaning;
- Properly relays current store promotions/sales to customers;
- Reconciles all sales (Credit Card, Debit Card, Cash) at the end of the day;
- May deposit revenue to the bank;
- Visits mall admin for permits or marketing requests;
- Collaborates with marketing department for store promotions and events online and offline;
- Displays the inventory in an organized manner in the showcases;
- Counting of inventory at least 4 times a day;
- Organizes, cleans and protects/guards the inventory and the store's interior and exterior;
- Follows the Management and the company's rules and regulations;
- Familiarizes ones self in the software programs of the company such as POS machines;
- Familiarizes ones self with all possible answers to customer questions;
- Attends occasional head office meetings and seminars outside of the assigned store;
- May be re-shuffled to other branches;
- Will fill in for branches that are undermanned as needed;
- In-charge of frisking other Sales Specialists or Auditors when they step out of the store;
- Other tasks assigned by management.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Female or Male
- Preferably a college graduate of any business or marketing course
- Preferably with 1-2 years work experience in sales
- Strong communication and sales skills with above average English communication skills (oral and written)
- Must have good physical appearance, hygiene and pleasing personality
- Excellent leadership skills; ability to lead the sales team in reaching targets
- Must be a good team player while being able to follow rules, regulations and instructions from the Management Team and the head office
- Good attendance; tardiness and absences are frowned upon
- Computer literate (MS Office Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Email)
- Strong attention to details and always alert for security of inventory
- Must be willing to be re-shuffled in Branches within Metro Manila as this will surely happen
