Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Use existing accounting software programs like SAP and the Company's own accounting system;
- Monitor all daily sales reports and other accounting reports;
- Check all daily journal transactions;
- Check for errors, problems, discrepancies, audit findings and report it to management;
- Check daily if all collections are deposited and are accurate;
- Monitor and file bank deposits and disbursements,
- Filing and organizing all accounting related documents;
- Monitor billings and tax payments;
- Preparing check disbursements and check vouchers;
- Perform other administrative and accounting related work.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- A graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy
- Must have knowledge of Accounting Entries;
- Tech savvy especially in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint Etc.)
- With experience in an accounting position is preferred.
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Fluent in English, Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Strong attention to detail;
- Willing to work in Makati
