Technical Assistant  

Supports operating units through effective office management, providing general administrative support to the Projects Team and the Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Maintains documents and files necessary for the GM and the Projects team.
• Processes requests of the Project Teams for approval by the GM.
• Submits monthly reports to the GM
• Continually improves and implements security procedures to safe keep property, documents and records of the GM and the Projects Team
• Ensures availability supplies by monitoring the inventory and overseeing that schedules are well-coordinated
• Promptly process and monitor requests of the team
• Implement asset tagging, inventory, documentation of accountability and safekeeping policies
• Propose cost saving strategies
• Maintain a list of incumbent and prospective suppliers and contractors, establish relationship with them as internal customers.
• Performs other duties and functions as may be assigned.

• Knowledge of office management.
• At least 1-2 years of experience
• Graduate of any course
• Engineering-related course is preferred
