Structural Coordinator (Beach Development) | Cebu  

Oversees the implementation of the beach development works according to project design, quality specifications, and timeframe to ultimately achieve the structural functionality of the entire project.

Part of the responsibility of the position is also to ensure the continuity of work by overseeing and managing the construction needs and issues at the site to prevent, lessen or resolve work interruptions and delays.

• Five to ten years of experience as a Civil Engineering exposed to the processes, means and methods of implementing designs of beach development projects handling breakwater works
• Expert and up-to-date technical knowledge in civil engineering and commercial awareness
• Proven project management skills needed to properly allocate time, resources, and focus on a multi-tasked condition
• Strong flexibility and adaptability skills necessary to work in a multidisciplinary team
• Good communication skills in both oral and written
