Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Responsible in ensuring the proper execution of work by overseeing and managing the construction needs and issues at the site to prevent, lessen or resolve work interruptions and delays. The position shall be majorly managing the following areas:
- Mechanical
- Plumbing
- Fire Protection
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Five to seven years of experience in the construction processes, means and methods of a large-scale, multi-step projects
- Expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards in architectural, mechanical, plumbing, fireproofing and electrical disciplines
- Understanding of all facets of the construction process with the ability to combine all facets to arrive a logical and practical decision
- Competent in conflict, project, time, and crisis management skills
- Good communication skills in both oral and written
