Accounting Associate for General Ledger | Cebu  

Responsible for ensuring that all business transactions have been properly accounted for and are accurately reflected in the accounting process by creating journal entries, assembling supporting documentations, ensuring that the general ledger account balances and trial balances are accurate and reflect the proper amounts, and intercompany transactions and income transactions are correctly applied to the accounts in a timely manner.

• BA/BS in Business with an emphasis in Accountancy or any Accounting-related programs
• One to two years of general accounting experience
• Has full understanding of the generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
• Proven work experience in accounting and financial systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational skills and can work independently
• Advanced skills in database management, automated accounting systems and Microsoft Excel
