Mechanical Coordinator | Cebu  

Responsible in ensuring the proper execution of work by overseeing and managing the construction needs and issues at the site to prevent, lessen or resolve work interruptions and delays. Specifically on the mechanical, plumbing and fire protection (MPF) works. Critical to this role are the following areas:

• Schedule management
• Materials/supplies requesition
• Coordination with different teams
• Leadership and decision-making

• A graduate of a five-year Bachelor of Science degree program with concentration in Mechanical Engineering and is a licensed Mechanical Engineer
• Three to four years of experience as a Mechanical Engineering exposed to the processes, means and methods of implementing mechanical, plumbing, and fire protection works
• Expert and up-to-date technical knowledge in mechanical engineering and commercial awareness
• Proven project management skills needed to properly allocate time, resources, and focus on a multi-tasked condition
• Strong flexibility and adaptability skills necessary to work in a multidisciplinary team
• Good communication skills in both oral and written
