- The Finance Associate/ Accountant will be responsible for the maintenance of general ledger as per the requirement of FGAR and Diagnostic Manuals.
- Will be exposed to accounts payable and employee travel and entertainment claims checking, processing, payments for ODG DIA & DC and related tax deduction, preparation of withholding tax deduction reports/certificates and submission to tax authorities, fixed assets register maintenance,re-recording of accruals & reversals, cost of sales accounting and variance analysis.
- Other major tasks of the Finance Associate/Accountant include:
- Reviewing and implementing Segregation of Duties and ICFR controls & workflows.
- Running month-end closing cycles & allocations and will be the contact point for external auditors and statutory reporting in close coordination with Pharma.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Finance/Accountancy or equivalent. Must be a Certified Public Accountant/ CMA
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in Accounting and Finance preferably in FMCG and Healthcare
- Candidate must have a clear understanding of Financial concepts, financial statement preparation and month-end and year-end procedures
- Exposure to ERP i.e. SAP is HIGHLY preferred
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
