The Service Desk Specialist is responsible for the over-all IT user service operation.
- Will act as Single point of contact for end users providing customer focused support of incidents including hardware, software, infrastructure and Roche Business Application. Will be point of contact for Pharma end users providing customer focused support of requests, including user account, hardware and software requests.
The Service Desk Specialist will also ensure that all services are delivered to agreed service level and ensure the return of the agreed service operation after an incident /change as quickly as possible.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.
- Candidate must have good knowledge of the ITIL Incident Management process in an IT service delivery environment.
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- One Full-Time position available.
