The Store Supervisor plays a vital and dynamic role in our store operations team. You will take on a vast range of responsibilities – from achieving the department’s day-to-day sales targets, monitoring merchandise flow and stock levels, avoid merchandise shrinkage, implementing visual merchandising directives, and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Monitor the department’s sales contribution and growth
- Monitor the fast and slow moving items in the department
- Prepare the department sales report
- Secures proper maintenance of merchandise based on retail standards
- Manages right and timely replenishment of stocks
- Ensures that gondolas and tactical modules are well maintained
- Responsible for proper implementation of promotional activities
- In charge of security measures and control procedures are in place to avoid shrinkage and pilferages
- Oversees that all selling personnel are properly trained and are complying to the Customer Services Standards of the business unit

Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of any Four-Year Course, preferably Business or any related course
- Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience in a retail or service-oriented company
- Good knowledge and understanding of operations and business trends
