Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Responsible for the development of Authority Limits, policies and procedures, and forms design that is applicable to the Business Unit.
- Responsible for conducting Process Re-Engineering for key policies and procedures.
- Responsible for conducting employee orientation on approved retail-wide policies and procedures.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Industrial Engineering.
- Excellent process management and documentation skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong project management skills.
- Storng organizational / analytical skills.
- Strong leadership and decision making skills.
- Adept in using MS Office applications.
- Adept in using office productivity tool.
- With experience in business analysis/mapping, business process documentation, system analysis, and design, quality assurance, and process/quality audit.
- At least 2-3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Libis, Quezon City.
