Deskripsi Pekerjaan

The Customer Service Manager acts as the point of contact by providing products / services / information in resolving emerging concerns the customers may face.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction rating is within agreed metrics
  • Ensure that complaint resolution is within the turn-around time for product and service complaints respectively by coordinating with parties involved
  • Conduct store visit in order to assess the competencies of store personnel in providing quality customer service
  • Analyze and provide recommendation in improving current systems and procedures in order to enhance the shopping experience of customers
  • Develop training material and program with regards to customer service and personality enhancement that will improve the competency of our store personnel in providing excellent customer service
  • analyze common complaints received by the Head Office / Stores and formulate action plan to improve the problems that triggers poor quality service

Kualifikasi Minimum

  • Strong analytical and planning skills;
  • Good communication and presentation skills;
  • Excellent problem-solving skills;
  • At least 3 years work experience in Customer Service in Supervisory or Managerial post
  • Willing to travel domestically as needed
