Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Exclusively promote and offer RPMMC projects.
- Recruit and train Account Managers.
- Submit periodic sales reports and performance updates to the Sales Director.
- Meet the set sales quota of the company.
- Report directly to the Sales Director.
Kualifikasi Minimum
Qualified supervisors with real estate sales experience and a proven track record of delivering sales beyond the target.
- Must be a college degree holder
- With at least 2 years experience handling a sales team
- Ability to mentor subordinates and a role model
- Licensed real estate broker is preferred
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
