Associate Account Executive  

This is an associate postion where you will be trained and working with our CEO. You will learn client negotiations, communication, project scoping and digital marketing. We are offering a great opportuinity to learn and earn at the same time.

Your routine tasks are likely to include:

• Searching and nurturing leads to turn them into clients
• Meeting clients to discuss their digital marketing needs
• Working with account planners to devise a campaign that meets the client's brief and budget
• Presenting campaign ideas and costings to clients
• Briefing the creative team who will produce the campaigns
• Negotiating with clients, solving any problems and making sure deadlines are met
• Checking and reporting on the campaign's progress
• Keeping in contact with the client at all stages of the campaign
• Managing the account's budget and invoicing the client
• Making 'pitches' to win new business

Your basic working hours will be between 9:30am and 5:30pm, Monday to Friday, although you may have to work longer if you have deadlines to meet.

You will be office-based but will also travel to meet clients.

With experience, you could progress to become an account manager or director.

• At least bachelor's degree in marketing or business
• Experience from working in Advertising/Marketing industry is a plus
• Must be extremely professional, and understand how to negotiate contracts with potential clients
• Willing to be trained and learn sales process and client relationship management
• Passionate about helping brands and companies achieve their goals and provide valuable solutions to solve client requirements
• Strong inter-personal communication skills are a must
• Ability to envision a campaign's potential payoff for a client
