- Answer calls through phone
- Each service rep is required to provide high quality service
- Respond effectively to questions, issues & problems
- Provide cohesive instructions to callers
- Provide passengers with information on their flights including flight numbers and departure and arrival times
- Assist passengers who may have missed connecting flights by arranging to have them board alternate flights
Kualifikasi Minimum
- College graduates with no BPO experience are encouraged to apply
- High school graduates are welcome to apply
- Average communication skills
- Can work shifting schedules
- Can work graveyard shifts
