- Assists in the development of training programs
- Develops learning objectives and content for assigned training modules
- Conducts learning and development training using different methodologies
- Creates and maintains training materials, revise when necessary
- Reviews and updates employee training database
- Communicates concerns and updates to concerned departments
- Conducts on-boarding, training audit and trainer certification
- Provides information and assistance when necessary
- Coordinates with supplier vendors for external training needs
- Performs other tasks as assigned
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Studies, Psychology or related courses
- At least 1-year experience in the same or similar position
- At least 1-year experience in Restaurant Operations
- Must have advanced computer skills in MS Office
- With above average communication skills
Job Specifications:
- Willing to work in shifts, if needed
- Render 6 days a week work schedule, when necessary
