Client Service Executive  

The Client Service Executive is responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts and continuously opening new accounts. She is also responsible for building relationships with clients and spearheading project management aligned with the client directives. Her key goal is to manage client satisfaction and maintain excellent client service.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Understand all the integrated digital transformation services of RGC for effective service offering to clients
• Operate as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to your designated clients and to internal team
• Build and maintain strong and long-term client relationships
• Manage project quotation development, negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profit
• Build a trusted relationship with colleagues, Clients, Partners and company stakeholders
• Ensure the timely and successful project delivery according to client needs and objectives
• Monitor and communicate weekly the progress of all project developments
• Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to grow the business
• Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. total contract amount and monthly sale for client billing, invoicing and collection monitoring)
• Other tasks for account management and client servicing

• With degree in Marketing Management is a plus
• With previous work experience in Account Management (at least 1 year), preferrably with ATL or BTL account management work experience
• Preferably, Female
• Detail oriented
• Works with minimal supervision
• Result-driven
• Manila-based
