Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Use internal and 3rd party tools to identify and contact real estate professionals
- Build awareness and relationships with key executives to create and pursue selling opportunities in net new accounts, as well as manage expansion sales opportunities in some existing accounts
- Meet and exceed performance goals & quotas associated with developing, pursuing and closing leads
- Qualify and follow-up on inbound calls, emails, web and campaign-generated inquiries
- Develop and present customer presentations
- Conduct account research (opportunity size, current services, and needs, etc.)
- Identify and partner with third-party channel managers to identify and close deals
- Stay informed of new product and technical knowledge including product enhancements, industry trends, and the competitive landscape
- Accurately forecast sales pipeline and use reporting tools in our in-house CRM to monitor effort and results
- Accountable for all aspects of the sales cycle, including cold calling, generating and issuing quotes and proposals, initiating product evaluations, and negotiating contracts
Kualifikasi Minimum
• 3+ years of solid experience in account management and B2B sales
• Customer Service / Client Success / Client Services preferred
• Experience handling a team preferred
• Supervisor / team lead experience preferred
• Must be amenable to work in BGC and in night shift.
