Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Copy Editor with a background in copywriting and a solid understanding of marketing recruitment. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in copy editing, proofreading, and crafting compelling marketing content.

Responsibilities:

• Edit and proofread marketing materials, including but not limited to website content, blog posts, social media posts, email campaigns, and advertising materials.
• Ensure all content is grammatically correct, free of spelling errors, and adheres to our brand voice and style guidelines.
• Collaborate with the stakeholders to refine messaging and improve the overall quality of content.
• Conduct research and stay updated on industry trends to enhance content relevance and effectiveness.
• Assist in the recruitment by reviewing promotional materials and other recruitment-related content.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in copy editing, preferably in a marketing or recruitment environment.
• Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and content optimization techniques is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
