Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Receives shipments, and ensures both quality and quantity
- Traces, tracks, and expedites purchase processes.
- Creates and maintains contact with vendors and customers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Interacts with third party logistics service providers.
- Ensures accuracy of all inventories.
- Maintains communication with warehouse staff to ensure proper working order.
- Monitors and facilitates repair orders.
- Coordinates deliveries for repaired or returned items.
- Ensures that the warehouse has sufficient space for incoming deliveries.
- Ensures that all items are properly numbered and tagged.
- Disposes of unserviceable or damaged items.
- Conducts safety procedures for outbound shipment vehicle.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's Degree in any course.
- At least one year working experience related to the field.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
