Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Field coordinators need to understand the principles of customer service and how to apply those principles to resolve complaints, meet expectations, and ensure overall customer satisfaction.
- The ability to analyze complex projects, identify inefficiencies, and coordinate staff and equipment resources that will help field coordinators meet client expectations and ensure the timely completion of deliverables.
- Field coordinators are responsible for the timely completion of work orders and field progress reports.
- Field coordinators interact with clients and receive feedback regarding the quality of work performed by field service workers.
- They inspect client billing and may also share responsibility for providing customer service support directly to a territory of clients.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Atleast 6months-1 year Experience as field Coordinator
- with Own Motorcycle
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
